Camp Grounds Maintenance and Emergency Issues

For Medical Emergencies follow these procedures:

Call 911 and request assistance, the address that you will need to provide is:

After you call 911, call the office at +1-608-254-8361 or, if it is after lodge hours, call the emergency cell +1-608-432-1590 (Camp Office Manager). Give your site number and a brief statement of the type of emergency. (If you need to stay on the phone with the 911 staff, let them know that they need to make this call, however, emergency services were given our gate card and map of the grounds. The Camp Office Manager will help ensure your site is quickly found).

Maintenance:

For Campground maintenance issues, you are asked to fill out the Pink Work Order Request  form if there is something you need the camp to do.  If you need to do something at your site such as restain deck, new roof or new shed, you must complete a Yellow Buildings Grounds Form. Both form can be found at the lodge. Please fill this out with as much detail as possible, include site number and phone so we can contact you. Nothing should be started until the forms are approved by the Grounds Manager and you are notified of its approval.  .

Complaints:

If you have a complaint you will need to fill out the “Complaint” form found at the lodge. Please fill out with as much detail as possible and sign it with site number so we can contact you if additional information is needed. Information regarding complaints can be found in the Rules and Regulations, Policy for Complaints or Violations section. This section covers policy on members, camp, and staff complaints.

For all other emergencies such as water breaks, electrical, weather related damage, or minor medical you should call +1-608-254-8361, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM*. Call the emergency cell, +1-608-432-1590 after hours. Please leave a message with your name, site number and the issue.

*Lodge (office) hours:

9:00 am – 10:00 pm 7 days/week during the regular season

Off season office hours vary and are posted on the website, Facebook, the white marquee sign just past gate and in the message board at the gate.
